Chocolate macaroon overnight oats is another overnight oats favourite of mine.
Oats: Quick oats works the best in overnight oats.
Milk: Any unsweetened milk works great for this recipe. I tend to use unsweetened almond milk for most of my overnight oats recipes.
Yogurt: Any low sugar vanilla yogurt works best in this recipe. I have been using triple zero vanilla eikos yogurt.
Protein Powder: My favourite protein powder to use is LadyBoss Lean Vanilla Cake flavour protein powder. This protein powder mixes really well in the overnight oats and it has a really great flavour.
Cocoa: Regular cocoa (not hot chocolate) is used in this recipe.
Shredded Coconut: In this recipe I used sweetened shredded coconut, but you can substitute for unsweetened shredded coconut if you like.
Chocolate Macaroon Overnight Oats
- 1/2 Cup Dry Quick Oats
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Scoop LadyBoss Lean (Vanilla Cake Flavor)
- 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or plastic to go container. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight and enjoy 🙂
