Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats

Chocolate raspberry overnight oat tastes exactly like delicious desert without all the empty calories.  

Oats:  Dry quick oats works best for overnight oats

Milk:  Unsweetened Almond Milk is my favourite type of milk to use in overnight oats.  

Yogurt:  Low sugar vanilla yogurt is best used in this recipe.  I have found that the triple zero oikos vanilla yogurt works best.

Protein Powder:  LadyBoss Lean Vanilla Cake flavour is my all time favourite protein powder and works best for this recipe.

Cocoa:  Plain cocoa works best in this recipe.

Raspberry Jam:  You can use either the reduced sugar raspberry jam or just regular raspberry jam in this recipe.

  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop LadyBoss Lean (Vanilla Cake Flavor)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 Tbsp Raspberry Jam


  • Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy. 🙂
