Oats: Dry quick oats works best for overnight oats
Milk: Unsweetened Almond Milk is my favourite type of milk to use in overnight oats.
Yogurt: Low sugar vanilla yogurt is best used in this recipe. I have found that the triple zero oikos vanilla yogurt works best.
Protein Powder: LadyBoss Lean Vanilla Cake flavour is my all time favourite protein powder and works best for this recipe.
Cocoa: Plain cocoa works best in this recipe.
Raspberry Jam: You can use either the reduced sugar raspberry jam or just regular raspberry jam in this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Scoop LadyBoss Lean (Vanilla Cake Flavor)
- 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 Tbsp Raspberry Jam

- Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy. 🙂
