Unsweetened Almond Milk: You can use any milk or milk alternative that you tend to use on a regular basis.
Pure Pumpkin: Be sure to buy pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie mix. We want to eliminate as much unneeded sugar as possible in this recipe.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: You can get this spice in any baking section. It may be easier to find around Thanksgiving but most grocery stores do stock it throughout the year.
Stevia Drops: You can find these in the baking section of any grocery store. If you can't find the drops you can use a small package of stevia, just be sure to start with a small amount and adjust if needed.

- 1.5 - 2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 10 Drops Stevia
- 1 Scoop LadyBoss Lean (Vanilla Cake Flavor)
